It's not every day that I choose to write a review on the experience that I have with a company but when I had Certified Mold Removal come to my home and take care of a mold problem that I had long neglected I was extremely impressed! The owner spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions about how he thought it got there, whether or not he thought it was dangerous to my health and how to fix the problem so it wouldn't come back. He didn't try to scare me like the first guy I had in to look at it. Well, now that the job is done I am happy to say that I made the right choice by hiring Certified Mold Removal. John & Eddie, the two guys who handled the cleanup were just as friendly, informative and accommodating as the owner. I've dealt with a lot of contractors in my 58 years on this earth, and I'm putting it out there that if you have a mold problem, these are the guys to call!â€â€

Me and my husband began to smell a bad odor coming from our basement and figured that it was mold since we had some previous water damage down there. So we decided to call in the professionals. After searching on line we ended up calling Certified Mold Removal and we are glad we did. Everyone from the phone operator to the inspector to the workers were very professional. They answered all of our questions and boy did we have a lot of questions. They really did a great job fixing our basement. We don't smell the mold anymore and my headaches have gone away. Wow, this company is refreshing! They answer the phone when you call, they're informative, and most importantly, reasonably priced. I had a mold problem and Eddie took us step by step through the process. From the initial testing stage all the way to the final cleanup, he was very patient and easy to work with. First and foremost the purpose of this post is to commend John and his crew from Certified Mold Removal for a job well done. With that said, we have a home at the Jersey Shore that was flooded during hurricane Sandy last fall. We also thought we had done everything right at that time. We called in a contractor who ripped out the walls and the insulation underneath the house and then sprayed for mold. Then once the insurance checks came in we had our builder go down to rebuild our beach house. Little did we know that he would report back to us that there was a bad mold smell in the house. We then called a so-called mold specialist and they told us we needed over $18,000 worth of work. We then decided to get a second opinion and called Certified Mold Removal. Eric met my wife and I at the house and tested everything. It turned out that the problem wasn't as severe as we first thought and half of the things that the free mold inspection company told us to do were completely unnecessary. It cost us about half of the first quote and Eric and his crew did a great job. We are now in the process of rebuilding and hope to be down for 4th of July weekend. I wrote this to let anyone who has a mold problem to call Certified Mold Removal and to ask for Eric. They will do a great job for you.

I must say, the whole experience we had with Certified Mold Removal was great! First, John was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and then Carl was so knowledgeable about our problem that they put us at ease with our situation. Another company came out and tried to scare us into spending over $10,000 to fix our mold problem. John and Carl then showed us how to solve our problem, spending 1/4 of what the first company wanted. We now have a mold free basement and can still afford to send our kids to college because of Certified Mold Removal. LOL! We highly recommend them if you have a mold problem!
